Once enrolled, your qualifying dependents (such as a spouse and minor children, as defined by the plan terms) are covered under your membership.

The plan provides help across estate planning (wills, lady bird deeds, powers of attorney), personal legal letters, family law (divorce, custody, support), and criminal defense for a range of state charges. The plan covers your legal needs for up to 30 hours of attorney time through your annual fee. Certain matters may have additional terms — the plan terms & conditions (PDF) outline the details.
